This photo dates to about 1910 based on the age of the three boys in the lower left corner (l to r: John, Joseph & Charles Watters). Rather than a school photo, it may be a church function because of the "sunday best" of the girls. I know they attended both Good Hope and Philadelphia Church so it may be from one of them.
This photo is dates to about 1915. The tallest boy may be Joseph Watters. It appears to be an 8th grade graduation or some type of school group.
